I started off as a fat kid and I got tired of people making fun of me so I lost the weight and got fit.
Now I can bench-press 150kg, do 100kg squats (back injury), do 35 pullups per set, do 55 push-ups per set ... No sweat! And of course, all that working out pays off in other ways as well...
